Ideal material for the fabrication of rigid and supportive orthoses.
Resistance to Stretch
- Minimum resistance to stretch.
Drape
- High drapability.
- Superior conformability without stretching.
- Material holds its shape perfectly against increased tone, and contours to the fingers, hands and wrist using mild to moderate pressure.
Memory
- Minimum memory when stretched.
- The fabricated orthosis will hold its shape when heated for minor adjustments.
Rigidity
- Maximum rigidity.
- Perfect balance between rigidity and ease of use in molding.
- Small corrections are easy to make after spot-heating with a heat gun.
Bonding
- Non-stick coating prevents accidental bonding and allows for molding directly over bandages and cotton linings in post-surgical conditions.
- The coating allows for temporary bonding during fabrication. Reliable permanent bonding is possible after removing the coating and using dry heat.
Surface Finish
- Coated, non-stick material.
- Leaves smooth, self sealing edges when cut warm.
Applications
- Ideal material for the fabrication of rigid and supportive orthoses.
- Excellent base material for all outrigger and resting hand orthoses
Working time
- 1 to 1½ minutes in 149° F (65° C) water.

In Stock:

Out of Stock:
Shipment times depend on when the out-of-stock items arrive in our inventory. If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first. The out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and shipped together once all are available.
Please note: Freight and handling charges are calculated based on the original order. Back-ordered items will be shipped and invoiced separately, but no additional freight or handling charges will be applied.

Items are shipped directly from the product manufacturer. Shipping times may vary, depending on the efficiency of the individual manufacturer.
